Tough Time for Freshers

Small companies are not willing to take freshers nowadays. Let us analyse this

This is the case only  with product development companies because they need good knowledge oriented people. Compare to service companies. Service companies mostly look for Aptitude skills rather technical.
Where as product development companies look for strong technical skill which should be practical.


What Went wrong?

 * Most of the students coming out Annaunviersity affiliated colleges are not employable.why?
    - Lack of confident.
    - Academically good but when coming  to industry student doesn't have  fundamentals strong.
    - EEE student don't know a standard AC voltage.
    - If you ask how much voltage you will give to glow one LED ?
       Fresher answer is 220v AC. ( this happen in our office)
    - Out of box thinking is missing with freshers.

1.  It is students responsibility to make them shelf  employable not the college or professor.
2. Students has to read a lot other than academic to enhance their knowledge.
3. Four years of engineering studies wont make a good engineer
4. Students has to choose this field according to their willing .

 But unfortunately students are not doing the above 4 steps.
